TYPE IVB CHOLEDOCHAL CYST

Gender:Female
Age:1 Y

Cystic dilatation of common bile duct noted, suggesting choledochal cyst. It measures 17.5 x 13.5mms. Cystic duct is inserting into the choledochal cyst. The distal part of the cystic duct for a length of ~10mms shows mild cylindrical dilatation. The distal CBD appear normal. 
 
Cylindrical cystic dilatation of common hepatic duct is noted extending for 11mms in length and 6.5mm in diameter. It is extending upto the hepatic duct confluence. 
 
Right hepatic, left hepatic duct and intrahepatic biliary radicals are normal in calibre.
