• Shrunken in size with heterogeneous parenchymal attenuation with nodular surface. Widening of interlobar fissure, GB fossa region and hilar periportal space noted. Volume redistribution noted with hypertrophy of left lobe and caudate lobe.
• A fairly well defined hyperenhancing lesion in arterial/portal phase with faint washout in venous phase in segment 8. This measures ~1.6 x 1.1cm at subcapsular location.
• Portal vein and its branches are patent. MPV measures 15mm at the confluence. Splenic vein measures 9mm.
• Hepatic veins are patent. Middle and left hepatic vein open through a common ostium.
• IVC is patent and normal.
• The intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated.
• Common hepatic artery arises from coeliac artery and bifurcates into hepatic artery proper and GDA. It then divides into right and left hepatic arteries. Left hepatic artery supplies segment IV. Accessory left hepatic artery is seen arising from the left gastric artery to supply segment II and III. Caudate lobe is supplied by a small artery which arises from hepatic artery proper proximal to bifurcation.
