Gaint cell tumor

Patient History : Not specified
Gender:Male
Age:60 Y

Evidence of an ill defined expansile lytic mass lesion noted on the left paravertebral region involving T12 vertebral body and posterior elements. The lesion is measuring 62x62x76 mm. The lesion has fluid fluid levels. There is intraspinal extension with extension upto epidural space abbutment of dura. Involvement of paravertebral muscles, left costo-transverse junction. There are 3 other discrete lesions in the adjacent left ribs (exact rib levels to be ascertained by CT). The lesions demonstrate heterogenous post contrast enhancement .

Impression
Expansile heterogenously enhancing  lesions as described - Gaint cell tumor . Recomended HPE correlation
