GIANT HEMANGIOMA OF LIVER

Patient History : C/o swelling in left hypochondrium a/w severe pain since 2-3 months, usg s/o hepatomegaly with well defined heterogenous lesion involving both lobes of liver s/o neoplastic etiology.

Age:60

Multiple variable sized hypodense lesions scattered in liver parenchyma with peripheral nodular enhancement and gradual centripetal filling s/o benign neoplastic etiology likely giant hemangioma
