The CXR looks apparently abnormal on first look, esp the enlarged heart shadow and right paracardiac shadow.
Note the relationship of medial ends of clavicle and spine. The pt is rotated to the left.
In a repeat CXR with proper positioning - the findings are less pronounced. There is mild cardiomegaly with left ventricular prominence suggestive of HHD
Also note the varying translucencies of the lung fields with varying rotations.
The pt can go move ahead for TURP. with BP control.
