History- A 2 and half year old child with bowing of both legs.
WEISMANN-NETTER SYNDROME.
Clinical Features:
1) Dwarfism.
2) Saber Shin Deformity of legs, usually bilateral.
3)Anemia,goiter,Mild mental retardation, hydrocephalus.
Radiologic features:
1) Anterior bowing of tibia and fibula with thickening of posterior cortices
and distortion of bony trabeculae in mid shafts.
2) Bowing of other long bones.
Differential diagnosis:
1) Healed rickets.
2) Syphilis.
3) Prenatal bowing
