· Main pulmonary artery measures 0.5cm, right pulmonary artery measures 0.2cm in diameter and appears narrow in caliber, however shows contrast opacification.
Left pulmonary artery measures 1.1cm in diameter and normal in caliber.
· Aorta and great vessels are normal in origin, course and caliber.
· Persistent left SVC is noted.
· 1.7 cm sized ventricular septal defect is noted in subaortic/membranous region with overriding of aorta.
· Bilateral cervical ribs are noted.
· Gross cardiomegaly is noted, mild right ventricular wall hypertrophy is noted.
· Mild tricuspid regurgitation is noted.
· No e/o any major aortopulmonary collateral channel seen.
· Both lung parenchymas appear normal. no e/o any abnormal opacity noted.
· Tracheal bronchus is noted on right side.
· Trachea and major bronchi are normal.
· No e/o significant mediastinal / hilar lymphadenopathy is noted.
· No pleural/pericardial effusion is noted.
· Visualized bones appear normal.
· E/o 1.1x 1 cm size nodular enhancing lesion noted involving segment six of liver. another tiny hemangioma is noted involving segment seven of right lobe of liver.
Impression: ct pulmonary angio study reveals,
· Large subaortic VSD with overriding of aorta.
· Moderate pulmonary artery stenosis as described above.
· Persistent left SVC.
· Gross cardiomegaly.
Above features are likely s/o Tetralogy of Fallot’s.
