Foreign body aspiration
The chest radiograph reveals right lung comparatively hyperluecent than the left one, with shift of mediastinum to the left side and a focal area of consolidation in the right Paracardiac region.
In children between 2-5 years of age, chest radiograph revealing disparity in lucency of lungs with mediastinal shift should raise the suspicion of foreign body aspiration.
The CT virtual broncoscpy reveals a foreign body in right main bronchus.
