There in a small exophytic intramedullary SOL arising from the  the dorsal spinal cord at the level of D3 - D4 intervertebral disc . The lesion appears markedly hyperintense on T1 W images, and appears hypointense on STIR images .
These imaging features favour the diagnosis of cord lipoma.
