Patient History : abd pain on and off. pain after meal. no h/o loose stool, weight loss, has loss of appetite

A well-defined submucosal lipomatous lesion measuring 2.8 x 1.6cms is noted in the mid ileal loop. It is causing ileoileal intussusception.
