Two calculi measuring ~8mm and 9mm are noted in the distal CBD. There is significant cylindrical dilatation of CBD and CHD with focal saccular dilatation along the lateral wall of CBD, along the lateral wall. Small cystic duct stump seen with tiny intraluminal filling defect. 

There is mild to moderate dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicals.
