Multiple layers of honeycombing noted in bilateral lung parenchyma as follows:
1. Basal segments of both lower lobes: The honeycomb cysts are predominantly seen in multiple layers along the peripheral 1/3rd of the lung parenchyma.
2. Lingular lobe: They are seen in the superior as well as inferior lingular segments.
3. Right middle lobe. They are seen in medial as well as lateral segments.
4. Bilateral upper lobes: They are seen along the apical anterior and posterior segments.
Multiple thin-walled air-filled cysts are seen in bilateral lung parenchyma, relatively more in lower lobes.
Interlobular, intralobular and subpleural interstitial thickening noted in bilateral lower lobes, lingular lobe and bilateral upper lobes.
