LIVER: Enlarged in size with multiple cysts of varying sizes scattered in both lobes, largest measuring 8.3x5.4 cms. Porta hepatis is normal. No evidence of intrahepatic biliary radicular dilatation.
GALL BLADDER: Normal in size, shape and outlines. Pericholecystic area is normal.
Common bile duct is not dilated.
SPLEEN: Spleen is normal in size, shape and attenuation values. No focal lesion.
PANCREAS: Pancreas is normal in size, contour and attenuations values. No evidence of focal mass lesion.
Right kidney:
Measures 16 x 7.8 cms. Enlarged in size with multiple cortical cysts of varying sizes are noted. No evidence of hydronephrosis/calculi.
Left kidney:
Measures 15.8 x 6.6 cms. Enlarged in size with multiple cortical cysts of varying sizes are noted.No evidence of hydronephrosis/calculi.
