Subpleural interstitial thickening in both lung fields, predominantly in the lower lobes. Honey comb cystic changes are seen in subpleural location. 

Emphysematous changes in right middle lobe with thin calcification seen.

Bronchiectasis in both upper and lower lobes.

No consolidation or cavitations.
