Multiple subependymal nodules are noted in the lateral margins of body of both lateral ventricles. They are isointense with the grey matter – Suggesting subependymal heterotopias.
Periventricular hyperintensity noted in bilateral peritrigonal regions - ? Terminal zones of myelination.
Bilateral hippocampi are rounded, oblique vertical and more medially positioned. The collateral sulci are also vertically oriented. Fornices are inferiorly displaced.
