• Normal in size, shape, outlines and parenchymal attenuation.

• Moderate sized well defined hypodense lesion of size 7.8x8.3x7cm noted involving right lobe of liver. It reaches the postero-superior diaphragmatic surface. Few faint hyperdense areas noted within it. Small daughter cysts noted within the lesion.

• No other focal lesion detected in the plain study.

• No evidence of intrahepatic biliary radicular dilatation
