Liver metastasis from unknown primary

Patient History : C/o abdominal pain
Gender:Male
Age:50

There is a heterogenously enhancing lesion is noted in the segment Vi of liver which is seen extending into the right kidney. Multiple enlarged lymphnodes are noted in the abdomen in pre, para aortic and mesenteric region.
