Liver:
- Shrunken in size with heterogenous signal intensity with irregular margins.
- Volume redistribution is noted. Widening of hilar periportal space and interlobar fissure noted.
- No arterial phase enhancing or washing out lesions seen.
- No evidence of intra hepatic biliary radicular dilatation.
- Main portal vein at confluence measures 10mm at hilum. No obvious thrombus.
- Hepatic veins and intrahepatic portal venous radicals are normal.
- Multiple collateral vessels are noted in the splenic hilum, leinorenal and perigastric regions.
- Large tortuous porto-systemic shunt seen extending from SMv to infrarenal IVC. Diameter 21mm.
Gall bladder: Well distended. No evidence of calculi/focal mass lesion. Mild diffuse wall thickening noted. Common bile duct is not dilated.
Spleen: Enlarged in size (16cm), normal in signal intensity.
