Lung carcinoma with azygos vein thrombosis

Patient History : Dysphagia, cough
Gender:Male
Age:82 yea

 An irregular ill-defined soft tissue density lesion in the left hilar region and extending to the superior segment of left lower lobe with narrowing of the distal part of left main bronchus, adherent to the adjacent pleura with moderate pleural effusion. 
 
Another ill-defined soft tissue density lesion in the left superior hilar region with extension upto aorto-pulmonary window – Mostly lymphnodal lesion. It is encasing the left branch of pulmonary artery with 60 to 70 % luminal narrowing.  

Another nodular lesion in the subcarinal region - Mostly lymphnodal lesion, abutting the adjacent mid thoracic esophagus and partially compressing it. 
 
Sclerotic lesion in D7 and D9 vertebrae. 

Thrombosis of azygous vein.
