-          Bilateral pleural effusion(R>L) with basal atelectasis.

-          Moderate to significant sized retroperitoneal haemorrhage seen. It seen extending along the pancreas with peripancreatic fat stranding and fluid. Fat stranding seen in bilateral para colic gutters(R>L)

-          Perinephric fat stranding seen.

-          Right kidney is normal in size and is displaced anteriorly and medially.

-          There are atleast two pseudo-aneurysms measuring in the mid region.

-       Mixed density mass (containing fat) seen along the lower pole region, partially exophytic.

-          Multiple small fat density cortical lesions are seen.
