· There is concentric diffuse fat signal intensity seen around the cardiac chambers. The pericardium is not thickened. No calcifications.
· Cine images do not reveal any evidence of akinesia, dyskinesia.
· There is a well-defined lobulated focal lesion seen anterior to the IVC, where it joins the right atrium. It is hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI.
· The lesion is hyperintense on delayed T1 post contrast images. It is seen in close relation to the coronary sinus, abutting the inferior aspect.
On delayed post contrast study, no abnormal post contrast enhancement is seen in the myocardium.
