Asymmetrical circumferential enhancing polypoidal wall thickening noted involving the upper rectum, rectosigmoid junction and distal sigmoid colon with following details - 
-      Length of involvement measures 7cm. Maximum single wall thickness measures 2.6 cm.
-      The lower end of wall thickening is ~10cm from the anal verge. 
-      Resultant partial luminal narrowing noted with dilated proximal large bowel, maximum diameter measures 5.8cm.
-      Mild pericolic fat stranding noted.
-      Multiple enlarged regional pericolic lymph nodes noted (Atleast 10 in number). Largest measuring 1.0 x 0.9 cm.
-      Anteriorly, it is abutting the peritoneal reflection. Fat plane with urinary bladder is effaced at few places. However no evidence of any significant infiltration of the bladder wall.
