MR Enterography in crohn's disease

Patient History : Known case of crohn's disease
Gender:Male
Age:32 Y

Few segments of small bowel wall thickening with enhancement to post contrast images, these are as follows:
-          Long segment wall thickening is noted involving terminal ileum upto the IC junction. It measures ~10cms in length with maximum single wall thickness measures ~6mm.
-          Short segment wall thickening involving the distal jejunum. It measures ~4cms in length with single wall maximum thickness measures ~5mm.
-          Few short segment mild wall thickening with mucosal hyperenhancement noted in the mid jejunal and mid ileal loops.
-          Small regional mesenteric lymph nodes are seen.
