Patient History : Right flank pain..Patient not aware of pregnancy.. USG was suboptimal due to air surrounding fetus.

Fetal skeleton with adjacent air - suggestive of putrefaction changes.
Striated pattern of enhancement of bilateral kidney - suggestive of pyelonephritis
