Patient History : Right sided weakness since 1 day. Parkinsonism symptoms since 3 years

There is bilateral reduced putamen volume with linear FLAIR / T2W / ADC hyperintense signal adjacent to it ( Putamen rim sign).
Acute lacunar infarct in the pons.
