Bilateral symmetric areas of altered signal intensity in subcortical and periventriular deep white matter of posteriro parieto-occipital region,splenium of corpus callosum, along the pyramidal tract involving the posterior limb of internal capsule, cerebral peduncles, pons and medulla oblongata . Possibility of adrenoleukodystropy appears likely.
