Chronic Pancreatitis
- Pancreas appears bulky with fuzzy margins. Calcifications are noted in head, body and tail of pancreas. Well defined hypodense thin walled collections are noted in pancreatic parenchyma. MPD appears dilated. Intraductal calcifications are alsos noted. There is thickening of bilateral anterior renal and lateral conal fascial.
- Free fluid in abodmen.
- Bilateral pleural effusion.
