•Extensive area of intra/interlobular septal thickening in bilateral lung parenchyma as described above.
•Multiple thin walled intercommunicating cystic lesions in bilateral lung parenchyma as described above.
•Hepatomegaly.
Possible differentials are,1.Sequelae of old infective etiology.2.Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis.
