Carcinoma head of pancreas

Patient History : Pain in abdomen and lump in epigastric region for 10 days. Decreased appetite for 1 month.
Gender:Female
Age:68

There is e/o 6.6x7.3x8.3c (APxMLxSI) sized heterogeneously enhancing fairly well defined soft tissue density lesion noted in relation to head and body region of pancreas.Pancreas head and body not separately visualized from this lesion.Rest of the pancreas shows fatty atrophy.Lesion shows multiple non enhancing areas within it likely s/o necrosis.No obvious calcification noted within it.This mass lesion is extending into the distal CBD with resultant moderate central and peripheral intra hepatic biliary radical dilatation (left>right).Proximal CBD appears dilated with maximum diameter 2.2 cm•Cholelithiasis without cholecystitis with gall bladder wall calcification s/o porcelain gall bladder.
