Septal AVM with hippocampal sclerosis.
The entire left hippocampus is markedly atrophic with increased T2 signal within it .There is associated loss of the adjoining collateral white matter. The entorhinnal cortex is normal.Multiple areas of flow void are seen in the region of septum pellucidum which continue inferiorly and laterally along the choroid plexus of left lateral ventricle. This represents Arterio-venous malformation.
