Multiple altered signal intensity areas are seen in neuroparenchyma appearing hyperintense on T1W images, hypointense on T2W images, few shows restricted diffusionn on DWI images. Areas of blooming noted on GRE images. Few of them shows ring like contrast enhacnement. Generalized cerebral atrophy with associated ventricular dilatation is noted
